阴茎折断诊治分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的 总结探讨阴茎折断的诊治方法,提高对阴茎折断疾病的认识.方法 回顾性分析20例阴茎折断患者的临床资料.结果 所有患者根据病史及查体确诊,其中6例患者进行了彩色多普勒超声检查,发现海绵体白膜缺损.20例患者均急诊手术进行修补,术后随访6个月～3a,未见阴茎硬结及成角,阴茎勃起功能亦未受到明显影响.结论 阴茎折断多数通过病史及查体即可确诊,急诊手术治疗阴茎折断安全有效,有利于患者勃起功能的恢复,且能够有效减少并发症的发生.
