摘要
滚珠丝杠副的轴向静刚度对数控机床的加工精度有重大影响。采用固定丝杠加载螺母的方案,设计出一套滚珠丝杠副轴向静刚度卧式测量装置,解决了丝杠防转、拉压力施加及微位移测量等难题,在此基础上,对滚珠丝杠副轴向静刚度的试验方法进行了研究。结果表明该试验装置具有加载载荷大,测量精度高,适用范围广,测量位置多,拉压力试验兼顾的优点;该试验方法能够较好地完成轴向静刚度的测量,对同类产品试验方法的研究也具有指导意义。
The axial static stiffness of ball screw has important influence on processing accuracy of CNC.It uses the program of fixing screw and loading nut to design a horizontal testing device for axial static stiffness of ball screw,w hich solves the problem of screw anti-rotation,tension and pressure infliction,micro-displacement measurement and so on.On this base,it studies the testing method for axial static stiffness of ball screw.The result show s that the testing device has the advantages of large applied load,high accuracy,w ide application,multi-measurement position and having both tension and pressure testing.The result also show s that the testing method can complet the testing of axial static stiffness preferably,and it has the guiding significance for the study of simular products' testing method.
