摘要
为了检验盘形铣刀和齿面的干涉,以等基圆曲线齿锥齿轮为基础,根据盘形铣刀仿形加工等基圆曲线齿锥齿轮的加工原理,通过分析齿面和刀具发生干涉的原因,提出了等基圆和刀具干涉检验的截面曲线法,推导了盘状铣刀曲面截线、齿轮凹齿面截线的求解方法,并给出了干涉判定方法;并运用MATLAB软件对这种理论及方法进行了直观验证,为利用盘形铣刀加工等基圆锥齿轮中刀具的设计及选用提供了依据。
In order to test the interference in between equal base circle bevel gear and disc cutter,based on the equal base circle bevel gear theory,According to the processing principle of this kind of gear w ith disc cutter,Analysised the reason of interference,put forw ard the interference test method w hich based on the cross section curve,deduced the mathematical formula of cross section curve of the tool surface and tooth surface,and given the interference decision method.Verified the correctness of this theory and method by used the MATLAB softw are,provide a basis for the selection and design of tool w hen using the disc cutter processing a equal base circle bevel gear.
