摘要
基于螺旋锥齿轮的切齿加工原理,结合Free-From型六轴五联动数控铣齿机加工特性,通过改进相关机构使其刀盘机构在平行的轴线上拥有相对啮合的两个刀盘。另外,还设计了两个联动的工作台机构,构成九轴八联动的新型数控铣齿机床,且该新型机床双齿面的假想平顶齿轮与大小齿轮分别相互啮合而同时完成一对共轭齿轮副的加工。这样,利用这种新型机床进行加工,不仅提高了加工效率,还有效的减少了齿面误差以及数字化制造过程中所进行的齿面接触分析(TCA)和齿面误差修正的大量工作,为高效率、高精度、高柔性化的螺旋锥齿轮加工提供了途径。
Based on concept of spiral bevel gear cutting and manufacturing characteristic of Free-From CNC spiral bevel gear milling machine w ith six axes five linkages,the cutter mechanism of CNC machine tool w ere improved,and new cutter mechanism had tw o meshing cutter relatively in the parallel axes.Additionally,it designed tw o linkage tables mechanism had imaginary flat-topped gears w ith the double tooth surface respectively meshing w ith the gear and pinion.Then that had turn into a new CNC machine tool w ith nine axes eight linkages,and may w ork out a pair of conjugated gear drives simultaneously.Taking advantage of the new machine tools for the machining of spiral bevel gears w ould not only improve the machining efficiency but also be very effective in reducing the tooth surface error and adequate w ork on tooth contact analysis(TCA) and tooth error correction in the digitized manufacturing for spiral bevel gear.What is more,this design of structual model provides the approach for high efficiency and precision and flexibility of the spiral bevel gear milling.
