摘要
基于液压折弯机工作原理及存在的问题,采用运动同步控制领域的虚拟轴原理,虚拟出一根主轴直接驱动液压折弯机同步系统;同时,建立了虚拟主轴模型以及基于虚拟主轴的液压折弯机系统模型,并进行了MATLAB仿真。结果表明,采用虚拟主轴同步控制策略的液压折弯机同步控制系统可以获得更好的跟随性、稳态性能和抗干扰性,提高了液压折弯机运动的同步性和稳定性。
Based on the working principle of hydraulic bending machine and existing problems,the principle of virtual axis in motion synchronization control field has been used.The virtual spindle drive synchronization system of hydraulic bending machine directly.At the same time,the virtual spindle model and hydraulic bending machine system model have been established based on the virtual axis.And through the MATLAB simulation,the results show that the system can obtain better follow ing performance,stable performance and robustness of synchronous control of hydraulic bending machine by the virtual spindle synchronous control strategy.The synchronization and stability of hydraulic bending machine has been improved.
