摘要
某商用飞机底板在多层焊接过程中,因零件结构、工艺等原因容易出现某层焊接质量不合格。因此,需要设计一种专用设备,对该焊接层进行加工。在对底板零件工艺分析的基础上,合理设计加工方案和结构,并据此研制了一种卧式数控坡口清根机。该机床满足于焊接面的两面加工及刀具的Z向移动,较好解决了该复杂难加工件多层焊接的工艺质量问题。
A commercial aircraft base in mUltltayer welalng process, oecause part suut:tu^c, IJt~,~.u~ aJ^u other reasons a layer of weld quality is prone to failure. Therefore, the need to design a special equipment of the welding layer to be processed. Based on the analysis in the process, design and processing and structures, developed a horizontal CNC back gouging machine. The machine satisfy both sides of the weld surface machining and tool Z direction, better way to solve the complex and difficult workpieces multilayer welding process quality problems.
