摘要
人体植入式电子设备的应用与发展使临床医学的诊断水平和治疗手段有了很大程度的提高,而它的能源供应问题成为目前限制其进一步发展的主要因素之一。本文主要介绍了纳米压电发电技术在近几年所取得的突破性进展,和其在为人体可植入电子设备供电方面拥有的巨大潜力。通过对比若干人体植入式电子设备的新型能源供应方法及其优缺点,进而对纳米压电发电技术的发展和最新成果进行了概括,总结了其为人体可植入式电子设备供电所具有的优势,和现阶段应用于生物体的实验成果,并进一步讨论了其临床应用前景和需要解决的主要问题。
Clinical medicine has benefited from the application and development of implantable electronic devices. At present, the problem of energy supply is one of the biggest obstacles that prevent implantable electronic devices from further development. This paper reviews the main progress of piezoelectric nanogenerators in recent years, which bears enormous potential for energy supply in implantable electronic devices. And we compare several research directions in the energy supply of implantable electronic devices,as well as their advantages and disadvantages, to make a summarization including strengths of piezoelectric nanogenerators and the latest progress in biological experiments. Also the clinical application prospect of piezoelectric nanogenerators and the main problems that need to be solved are further discussed.
