摘要 为提高聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)树脂缩丁醛基含量,采用溶解法生产聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂的生产工艺,通过对缩合发应中PVAc、正丁醛、盐酸的配比进行研究,制备出缩丁醛基含量大于80%的PVB树脂。 To improve the butyraldehyde group content in polyvinyl butyral (PVB) resin, and master a production process of polyvinyl butyral resin by dissolving method. The variation of PVAe, n-butyl aldehyde and hydrochloric acid ratio during the process of condensation reaction was studied, to prepare a PVB resin having the butyraldehyde group content greater than 80%.
