摘要
Novolen气相法聚丙烯工艺是世界首套气相法聚丙烯工艺,运转过程中Novolen聚丙烯工艺在丙烯精制、催化剂制备、聚合反应控制、挤压机操作等环节出现了不同程度的问题。通过对这些问题原因的分析和判断,明确了Novolen聚丙烯工艺的操作要点,对Novolen聚丙烯装置平稳操作具有一定的借鉴意义。
Novolen gas phase PP technology is the first gas phase process technology in the world. Starting from 2008, Novolen gas phase PP technology came to China and gradually there are 4 plants in operation in China. The first time start-ups in all these 4 plants are not smooth, and different degree of failures came from propylene purification, catalyst preparation, polymerization control, extruder operation, and etc. Based on the analysis and troubleshooting of these failures, the paper clarified key operating points in Novolen PP process, which has certain significance for reference for the stable operation in Novolen PP plants.
