摘要
应用变频调速、高精度压力测控等新技术于离心泵性能与流量计校正研究型综合实验装置,率先实现了测试数据数字化。使用该装置可以进行离心泵特性曲线测定、管路特性曲线测定、孔板流量计和文氏管流量计孔流系数测定,离心泵串、并联操作及其特性曲线的测定和离心泵气蚀现象的观察。利用该综合实验装置可完成多项实验研究内容,降低了设备的制造和维修成本,有效地利用了实验室面积。同时,学生可根据所学知识,设计实验内容,有利于学生创新能力的培养。
Frequency converter and high-precision pressure transmitter are used in the equipment of centrifugal pumps and flow meter correction comprehensive experiment. The equipment can measure the characteristic curves of centrifugal pump, the characteristic curve of the pipeline, the flow coefficient of orifice and venturi flowmeter, the characteristic curve of centrifugal pump operating in series and parallel and can observe the phenomenon of cavitation erosion. The equipment is multifunctional. So the cost of manufacturing and maintenance are reduced. At the same time, it is beneficial for the students to design an experiment and improve the students' innovative ability.
