Vibration fault diagnosis of centrifugal hydrogen compressor based on vibrating spectral analysis

对加氢工序离心式氢气压缩机轴振动原因进行了诊断分析。通过振动频谱分析方法,找出导致轴振动的原因,并提出相应的检修方案。

This paper introduces the analysis and treatment of the centrifugal hydrogen compressor＇s excessive vibration, based on vibrating spectral analysis. A complete set of control methods for analyzing the reasons of the excessive vibration was introduced. Based on the diagnosis and analysis, corresponding repair schedule was presented. These methods was successfuly used.
