摘要
以丙烯酸丁酯为软单体、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为硬单体,采用乳液聚合法合成聚丙烯酸酯乳液;采用改进Hummers法和超声波分散制备氧化石墨烯,并利用氧化石墨烯对聚丙烯酸酯乳液进行改性,以期达到增强增韧的效果。研究并探索了软硬单体的比例以及氧化石墨烯的用量对乳液及乳胶膜性能的影响。结果表明:在软硬单体分别为40 g、24 g且氧化石墨烯用量为0.03 g时,改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液稳定,成膜手感舒适、光泽好,回弹性好。
The polyacrylate emulsion was synthesized using butyl acrylate (BA) as a soft monomer and methyl methacrylate (MMA) as a hard monomer by means of emulsion polymerization, and graphene oxide (GO) dispersion were prepared by modified Hummers method and ultrasonic dispersion method. Then the polyacrylate/grapheme oxide complex emulsion was prepared by blending method in order to obtain enhanced strength and toughness. It was studied that the effect of soft monomer to hard monomer ratio and amounts of graphene oxide on the complex emulsion and the performances of its film. The results showed that a good stable complex emulsion and the corresponding film with comfortable feel, good gloss and resilience were obtained when 40 g soft monomer and 24 g hard monomer and 0.03 g graphene oxide were employed.
