一种W型辐射管烧嘴的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过试验研究,得到1种性能稳定且加热温度均匀的同轴平行射流扩散燃烧式W型辐射管烧嘴。该烧嘴具有点火可靠,燃烧稳定,加热温度均匀性好和有害气体排放低等优点。热态试验结果表明:试验烧嘴调节比为1∶5,辐射管表面最大温差在70℃以内。当烟气中残氧浓度控制在2.34%以内时,烟气中CO排放在21×10-6以内,NOX排放在98×10-6以内。 By experimental study, a kind of coaxlal!y parallel jet burner ior w-type ra- diant tube was successfully developed, and the burner has the advantages of reliable ignition performance, good temperature uniformity and low emission of NOx and CO. The burner performance test showed, the capacity regulating ratio reaches 1 : 5, the temperature difference of radiant tube was less than 70 ℃, the emissionof CO was less than 21×10^-6, and the NOx less than 98×10^-6 when the rest oxygen content in the off- gas was below 2.34 %.
