摘要
通过高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定解酒茶炮制前后水提物中有效成分含量的变化,并利用小鼠灌胃实验观察小鼠醉酒状态和尿量情况。结果表明解酒茶在炮制后有效成分并没有发生变化,但含量增加,解酒效果增强。
High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the change of effective components in the aqueous extract after and before processing anti-inebriation tea, and intragastric administration was adopted to observe the mice' s drunken state and urine volume. The results showed that effective components of anti-inebriation tea do not change after the process- ing of the tea, but the content of the tea increases and the effect of the tea is enhanced.
