战伤性鼻中隔穿孔19例临床分析

Clinical analysis on 19 combat casualties with septal perforation

目的探讨战伤性鼻中隔穿孔的临床症状、诊疗情况。方法对19例因战伤造成鼻中隔穿孔的军人患者观察其临床症状及手术治疗后的效果。结果19例患者中术后经过1个月～3年的随访，17例愈合良好，2例在穿孔下缘裂开约2．5mm裂隙。1例经门诊贯穿缝合后愈合，另1例无症状，未再治疗。结论战伤造成鼻中隔穿孔，根据穿孔的范围和实际情况进行清创和及时采用不同方法修补，复合瓣修补效果较佳，其他修补方法可根据情况选用。

Objective To explore the clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of combat casualties with septal perforation. Methods Nineteen combat casualties with septal perforation were studied. Results According to the follow-up from 1 months to 3 years, 17 of the 19 casualties healed well. Aperture （2.5 ram） was left in the inferior edge of the septal perforation in the other two casualties, one of whom healed up after outpatient transfixion stitching （ the other one without symptoms did not underwent treatment any more）. Conclusion Combat casualties with septal perforation should be debrided and repaired. The other repair methods can be chosen according to the condition.
