巨大子宫肌瘤1例 被引量:1

摘要 患者,女性,46岁,因发现子宫肌瘤4年,增大3年,诊断盆腔肿物2d入院.患者于4年前诊断为子宫肌瘤(较小),无月经改变及其他不适,未予治疗及定期随访,3年前自觉腹部逐渐增大,变硬,以为肥胖,未予重视,今年觉食欲减退,消瘦,2d前就诊于河北医科大学第四医院,行妇科B超示:子宫后方实性占位(来源于卵巢?),盆腔实性占位,子宫右侧宫旁血管扩张.B超提示肿物与卵巢关系密切,卵巢来源可能性大,拟诊为盆腔肿物(卵巢肿瘤?)收入院.
