摘要
为了减小大规模风电场并网对电网稳定运行带来的不利影响,风电场发电功率能按要求进行调节已经成为强制性要求。目前在风电场有功功率控制过程中,往往忽视了风电机组的具体工况,从而导致机组的频繁起/停。针对以上情况,提出了一种计及机组运行工况的风电场有功功率控制策略。该策略首先根据机组预测发电能力及机组运行工况分别生成有功增/减裕度队列和开/停机队列,然后利用有功功率分配算法将功率分配给风电场中的风电机组。实际风电场的试验结果表明,采用所提出的控制策略不仅可以实现风电场有功功率的快速、精确控制,而且能够避免风电机组频繁起/停,降低风电机组的故障率,提高风电机组运行的稳定性和安全性,延长风电机组的使用寿命。
Active power regulation in a wind farm has become a fundamental requirement to mitigate the adverse effect on the stable operation of grid. Frequent switching between running and stop state occurs due to ignoring operating conditions during the process of active power control. An active power control strategy for wind farms considering operating conditions is presented. First, according to the power forecasts and operating conditions, the margin queues for active power increase and decrease as well as the starting up and stop queues are created. Second, the power is distributed to wind turbines using active power distributing algorithm. Actual test in wind farm proves that the proposed control strategy not only can achieve rapid and accurate control of active power, but also can avoid frequent switching between running and stop state of the wind turbine, and reduce the failure rate of the wind turbine, and improve the stability and security of the wind turbine, and extend the service life of the wind turbine.
