摘要 本文根据变压器绕组变形频率响应法的原理,利用FPGA可以嵌核和并行处理的优势,设计了变压器绕组变形测试仪.信号发生器采用FPGA核控制AD9854产生扫频信号,扫频频段可以是0~8MHz内任意频段.并通过低通滤波器得到纯正的正弦波信号,最后经幅值放大和功率放大产生可供变压器绕组测试的信号.该测试仪能够测量变压器的幅频和相频特性,通过软件实现幅频曲线和相频曲线分开测试,在幅频测试上采取直接采样经有效值转换后获得信号的方法,使得幅频特性的测量更为快速. This paper is based on the principle which the frequency response method about the deformation of Transformer Winding. Using the advantages of embedded FPGA core and parallel processing, designs the transformer winding deformation tester. The signal generator utilizes FPGA to control the AD9854 generating sweep signal. The sweep frequency band ranges 0~8MHz. The pure sine wave signal is obtained by Low-pass filter and finally by the amplitude amplification and power amplification for generating the test signal of transformer winding. This device can measure the magnitude and phase frequency characteristics of transformer, through the software increases separation test of the frequency curve and phase curve. Taking the samples directly and using the RMS conversion method to obtain the signal in the amplitude-frequency test make the measurement of amplitude-frequency characteristics more quickly.
