An Analysis of the Risk of Positive Fiscal Policy

本文试从财政政策的目标、主体和手段等三要素角度出发 ,分析积极财政政策风险现状 ,以便找出相应的对策 。

Since 1998,positive fiscal policy has been adopted to keep the economic growth at a suitable rate and it will go on in the short run.Accordingly,the risk of positive fiscal policy should be taken into considerable account.This paper presents three kinds of risk based on the three main factors in fiscal policy.Then,some suggestions are given to prevent the risk of fiscal policy.
