糖尿病控制状况量表在城乡老年患者中的对比分析

Comparison of control status scale for diabetes between urban and rural elderly patients

目的探讨城乡社区老年糖尿病患者基本社区人口学特征,并对糖尿病控制情况进行对比分析。方法采用糖尿病控制状况量表(CSSD70),对城乡60例老年糖尿病患者进行初评及复评及医护人员进行健康宣教后进行对比分析。结果初次测评后治疗情况、疾病知识在城乡老年患者中存在差异,复评后疾病知识仍存在差异,这与农村老年患者文化程度低、就医环境差、对疾病的认识不足等有关。结论应增强对农村社区老年患者的健康教育,早期发现、早期筛查、早期治疗,减少糖尿病并发症的出现,实现卫生服务均等化。

Objective To explore the comparative analysis of diabetes community population characteristics and diabetes control among the urban and rural elderly patients. Methods The Diabetes Control Status Scale （CSSD70） was used, dia- betes comparative analysis of 60 urban and rural elderly patients was carried out with initial evaluation and re - evaluation, after health care workers had propagandized health education. Results After the initial evaluation, contents of treatment and disease knowledge had differences between urban and rural elderly patients, disease knowledge still difference in the re - evaluation, it is related to low level of education, poor medical environment, lack of awareness of the disease of rural eld- erly patients. Conclusion It＇ s suggested to enhance health education to rural communities in elderly patients, realize early detection, early screening and early treatment, reduce the complications of diabetes appear to achieve the equalization of health services.
