放射性直肠炎的护理体会

摘要 目的探讨护理对放射性直肠炎重要性。方法收集40例放射性直肠炎病例,从局部护理、营养与饮食、心理等多方面进行精心指导和护理。结果40例患者均顺利完成放疗,治愈12例、有效28例,总有效率100%。治疗后分级:0级12例、Ⅰ级27例、Ⅱ级1例、Ⅲ级0例、Ⅳ级0例,和治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(Х^2=39.44,P〈0.01)。结论精心的护理能减少和预防放疗并发症,使患者顺利完成放疗计划,具有不可忽视的临床意义。
