炼轧厂含铁废料短流程高效利用的工艺研究

摘要 介绍了安钢集团公司第一炼轧厂通过开发使用污泥球、炉渣磁选回收及钢包渣二次利用等形式,合理、高效利用炼轧工序产生的含铁废料,解决了炼轧厂多种含铁废料综合利用的问题,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。 The paper introduces that the first Refining Rolling Plant of Anyang Iron and Steel Group Co. , Ltd. , has made reasonable and efficient use of solid waste with iron from iron-making and steel rolling process through developing and making use of sludge ball, magnetic slag recycling and the secondary use of ladle slag, and solved the problem of comprehensive utilizing various kinds of solid waste with iron in the iron-making and steel rolling plant, and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
