通过对空心辊的结构和技术要求的分析,选择最优的无缝钢管规格,合理安排加工、焊接、热装、静平衡的顺序,满足了图纸的尺寸精度和形位公差精度要求,顺利通过静平衡的检测,并为今后制作空心辊提供借鉴。
Through the analysis of structure and technical requirement of hollow roller, optimized selection of seamless steel pipe specifications, rational arrangement of processing, welding, hot charging, static balance in order, the requirements of the drawings, the size precision and the shape position tolerance are met, the static balance test is passed smoothly.
