摘要
介绍了安钢HP295焊瓶钢在1780 mm热连轧机组的开发工艺,研究了工艺制度、冷却方式、卷曲温度等因素对HP295焊瓶钢性能的影响。实践表明试生产的HP295焊瓶钢各项力学性能达标,并且控制冷却方式和卷曲温度可以有效地改善屈强比和伸长率。
It is introduced the development process of HP295 steel plate for welded gas cylinder in 1780 mm hot rolling line. The effect of process system, cooling process and coiling temperature on properties of HP295 are studied. The practice shows that the mechanical properties of trial production of HP295 plate meet the requirement, and the yield ratio and elongation can be effectively improved by controlling the cooling process and coiling temperature.
