迁钢2^#高炉2013年5月13日计划48小时检修,停风后发现溜槽损坏严重,料面形状严重不规则。通过周密严谨的分析,对原送风方案进行了优化调整。在具体的送风恢复过程中,严格依据实际炉况,把握好风温,加风节奏及风口面积等操作参数的控制。
May 13, 2013 was the day for a planned 48-hours maintenance for No. 2 BF in Qian'an Steel. After the air blowing was stopped, the charging chute was found seriously damaged, with the burden surface in seriously irregular shape. After careful analysis, the former air blowing scheme was optimized. In the actual recovery period, air blowing operation such as the blowing temperature, blowing volume increment rhythm and tuyere area adjustment was carried out strictly according to the actual operating condition. In 24 hours the BF condition was recovered to full blast.
