成长教育理念在就业指导课中的应用研究

A Study on Application of Growth Education Concept in the Course of Employment Guidance

当代大学生的不成熟特质亟待成长教育予以解决,但目前大学生成长教育体系的不足使之尚需思想政治教育等课程予以深化和拓展,而大学毕业生们在就业中暴露的若干成长问题使之急需在就业指导课中接受成长教育的洗礼。文章指出了在就业指导课中开展成长教育的具体路径,这在一定程度上深化和拓宽了该课程的教育功能,有助于推动当代大学生的健康成长和顺利就业。

Growth education is needed urgently because of the immature characteristics of contemporary college students, but at the present time the lacking of growth educational system on college students still calls for deepened and expanded ideological and political education courses. While university graduates in employment exposed lots of problems, it was urgent for them to accept baptism from growth education in the course of employment guidance .This paper had specifically pointed out specific paths in the course of employment guidance to carry out growth education. It deepen and broaden the educational function of the course to some extent, and helps to promote the healthy growth and successful employment for contemporary college students.
