对高校图书馆发展模式的思考

Thoughts on Development Mode of University Library

从高校图书馆发展的困扰和现有的发展动向模式出发来思考,提出高校图书馆在发展时,要考虑高校图书馆实际状况,考虑弱势群体,以稳定传统图书馆的发展为基础进行扩展,建立高校图书馆之间的帮扶体系,分工协作建立健全不同的信息库,实现资源共享、成果共享、技术共享和人才共享的学术网络,最终实现为不同层次的读者、科研服务的宗旨。

Considering the actual troubles of University Library and different conditions and disadvantage groups, the paper thinks the development of University Library should be based on the stable development of traditional library the establishment of colleges and universities library supporting system, division of labor cooperation to establish different databases, in order to finally realize sharing of resources, technology and talent and provide service for different levels of readers and scientific research.
