This paper firstly analyzed the contents and characteristics of logistics costs in Firepower Electricity Generating Enterprises, then discussed the Strategies of controlling the logistics costs in 5 aspects, including the control of the warehousing - working cost, the transportation cost ,the management cost and the recycling cost.
