摘要
随着新时期世界军事革命的兴起以及军事物流理论的完善,军事物流外包日益引起人们的重视,同时军事物流外包存在的风险也越来越明显。文中结合风险管理的相关理论,讨论了军事物流外包风险的识别、评估、处理和监控,并且给我军军事物流外包风险提出了具体对策。
With the rise of the world military revolution in the new times and the improvement of military logistics theory, more and more people attach importance to outsoorcing of military Logistics. At the same time, the risk of outsoureing of military logistics is more and more remarkable. Combined with interrelated theory about risk management, the identification, evaluation, disposal and monitoring of outsourcing of military Logistics are discussed. Then some suggestions are given.
