摘要
21世纪是海洋世纪，在我国的宏观政策部署中，海洋强国和文化强国战略并存，以航海文化促进我国航运产业的发展是必然选择。文中在探析诸如郑和下西洋、民间祈风习俗等古代航海文化和现代优秀航运企业文化的基础上，分别从物质层、行为层、制度层、精神层剖析航海文化与航运产业发展的关系，进而提出以航海文化教育提升航运业从业人员的综合素质、重塑航运企业文化以摆脱行业困境、深度挖掘航海文化资源以促进航运产业的多元化发展、以及使航海文化成为航运系统内政产学研协同发展的纽带等建议措施。
he 21st century is marine century, in China＇s macro deployment policy, strategy of sea power and cultural power coexist. Promoting the development of shipping industry in China by maritime culture is inevitable. After analyzing the ancient marine culture such as Zheng he＇s voyage, the folk custom of praying to the wind, and good modem shipping enterprises culture, exploring the relationship of marine culture and shipping industry development from four levels： material layer, behavior layer, system layer, and spirit layer. Then propose several practices：Promoting the comprehensive qualities of shipping industry practitioners by marine cultural education;Getting rid of industry predicament by reshaping the culture of shipping enterprises; Promoting the diversified development of shipping industry by deeply mining marine culture resources;Making maritime culture the bond of connecting government, enterprises, colleges and scientific research institutions in the shipping industry.
