摘要
近年来,地方高职院校全面贯彻党的教育方针,坚持走政产学研四位一体的发展道路,坚持"校企合作、工学结合"推行订单培养,按照企业要求制定人才培养方案,实施特色人才培养。文中以健雄职业技术学院物流管理专业"港校联动订单培养班"的职业核心课程《港口码头业务管理》为例,分析高职政产学研订单培养模式对职业核心课程教学模式的要求,并通过课程开发、教学内容设计、教学过程实施及效果评价等要素系统构建教学模式,提高订单式人才培养的质量。
In this paper, taking the example of professional core curriculum "Port Terminal Management" of logistics management " Order Training Classes of Port School Interaction" in chien - shiung institute of technology, it analyzed requirements for vocational teaching core curriculum of Orders Training Pattern of Government, Industrialization, Teaching and Research. Through system elements such as curriculum development, teaching content design, implementation and results of teaching evaluation and feedback, it constructed teaching mode and improve the quality of order training personnel.
