物流实训基地建设实践与探索——以青岛黄海学院为例

青岛黄海学院于2011年4月15日获国家教育部批准,由原先的高职院校晋升为本科层次民办普通高校。面对应用型本科教学,如何加强师资队伍建设,完善实训教学体系尤为重要。文中仅就物流管理专业如何办好物流实训基地、提高学生的实际操作能力、增强学生的社会适用性、培养学生的职业素养等问题进行了探讨。

Qingdao Huanghal College was promoted to the undergraduate level from the original higher vocational college,. This promotion was approved by the State Ministry of Education on April 15,2011. Under the current huge employment pressure, study how to run the logistics training base, strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,improve students＇ practical ability, enhance students＇ social applicability, cultivate students＇ professional quality. For the new private colleges, it will have a very strong and important theoretical and practical significance .
