高职高专医学生职业适应与综合幸福感、价值取向关系的追踪研究

Longitudinal Study of Correlation among Higher Vocational Medical Students ' Value—orienting、Happiness and Vocational Adjustment

目的探讨高职高专医学生职业适应与综合幸福感、价值取向间的纵向关系。方法运用一般情况自编问卷、大学生职业适应量表、综合幸福感问卷及中国民众价值取向问卷对某医学专科学校586名大二学生进行问卷调查;一年后,再次对其中479名学生进行相同问卷调查。结果随着时间的推移,同一学生群体的职业适应性、综合幸福感、价值取向得分较前次提高;与职业适应的相关强度依次为综合幸福感、价值取向;综合幸福感(生活活力、利他行为、人格成长、正性情感)和价值取向(公共利益、工作成就)对职业适应产生正向预测作用。结论综合幸福感、价值取向是影响高职高专医学生职业适应的重要因素。

Objective To explore the vertical correlation among higher vocational medical students ＂value--orient- ing, happiness and vocational adjustment. Methods A total of 479 higher vocational medical students completed three questionnaires twice. Results With the passage of time, the goals of value--orienting^happiness and vocational adjust- ment coming from the same higher vocational medical students were bigger than before.Happiness（Life vigor, Personality growth, People altruistic behavior, Positive emotions, Self value）and Value--orienting（Public interest, Working achieve- ment ,Ethical premise） predict vocational adjustment well. Conclusion Happiness and Value--orienting are an important influential factors on vocational adjustment.
