摘要
稀土精矿焙烧是稀土冶炼分离的第一道工序,精矿焙烧质量的好坏直接决定着稀土金属REO收率、材料单耗、能耗等重要指标;天然气在稀土精矿焙烧中投入使用后,同比以重油、煤、水煤气为燃料的稀土精矿焙烧来说,各项经济指标有了一定幅度的提高,稀土金属REO收率平均提高了1.5%,单位产品成本同比平均降低了9.98元/m3标准硫酸稀土水浸液。
Rare earth smelting and separation of rare earth concentrate roasting is the first process, concentrate roasting quality directly determines the yield of rare earth metals REO, material consumption, energy consumption and other important indicators. When natural gas is put into use of the rare earth ore roasting, compared with heavy oil, coal, water and gas as fuel for rare earth concentrate roasting, various economic indicators are improved to a certain extent, and rare REO yield is also increased by an average of 1.5 %, with an average unit cost of the prod- uct reduced 9.98 yuan / m3 standard sulfuric acid aqueous extracts of rare earths.
