摘要
将直进法和左右切削法相互揉和形成"分层车削法"。通过实例详细阐述了梯形螺纹在车削过程中,采用此方法加工螺纹时的尺寸计算、车刀的选择、车刀的装夹、工件的装夹、加工方法以及程序的编制。实践证明,该法能够有效的进行其他尺寸梯形螺纹的加工,大大提高了该加工方法的柔性,能够达到高效、稳定、快速车削梯形螺纹的目的,避免了扎刀等现象的发生。
The Straight Entrance Method and About Cutting Method are combined to form a "layered Turning Meth- od. " The size of the calculation processing thread, choice of turning, clamping of the workpieces, processing meth- ods and procedures for the preparation trapezoidal thread in the turning process are elaborated by examples. Exam- pies show that this method can not only adapt to the instance threaded parts processing, but also adapt to other sizes of trapezoidal thread processing, greatly improving the flexibility of the processing methods. It proves to be effi- cient, stable, fast for turning trapezoidal thread purposes, which can also avoid bar knife occurrence.
