针对洁净电子厂房大空间单层高度超高、工艺复杂、洁净要求高等特点,结合笔者消防工程技术经验及对洁净厂房消防工程技术的理解,通过具体设计实例,对洁净电子厂房的特点、消防系统设置的特殊要求及特殊的施工技术要求等进行总结分析。

Against the characteristics of clean electronic factory, such as the height of single layer exceeding the standard, com- plex process, high cleaniness requirement, combining with the author＇s fire safety engineer experience and understanding, and design example, analyze and summarize the characteristics, fire system setting requirement and special construction requirement of clean electronic factory.
