摘要
试验选取3种硬质聚氨酯泡沫,分别按照GB2406.2和GB 20284对试样进行了氧指数和SBI试验。介绍硬质聚氨酯泡沫(PUR/PIR)外墙薄抹灰保温系统的应用形式。以实体火灾试验研究室内火对外墙保温系统的影响,得到最大火焰高度、各位置温度及外墙保温系统损毁情况,分析燃烧性能等级对薄抹灰外墙保温系统防火性能的影响。
Three kinds of rigid polyurethane foam were selected to take OI and SBI test according to the GB 2406. 2 and GB 20284. The applications of rigid PUR/PIR foam exterior wall insulation cladding systems of building. On the base of real fire test of building, the influence of indoor fire on the exterior wall insulation system was studied. The max flame height, tempera- ture of different location and damage of exterior wall insulation system were obtained. The influence on fire performance of ex- terior wall insulation of building with different fire classification of foams was analyzed.
