摘要
为考察新型微胞囊阻爆剂抑制瓦斯爆炸的效果,设计并制作了一套包含爆炸主体及辅助设施的瓦斯爆炸模拟实验系统。应用该实验系统研究了纯水水雾和1%体积分数微胞囊阻爆剂细水雾作用下不同体积分数甲烷(甲烷体积分数分别为7%、10%和12%)的瓦斯爆炸过程的热力学及动力学特性,测试瓦斯爆炸过程中温度、火焰传播速度及爆炸压力等参数的变化规律。实验结果表明,添加有微胞囊阻爆剂的细水雾可以在较短时间内降低瓦斯爆炸温度及压力,对7%甲烷的瓦斯爆炸速度降低幅度较大,对12%甲烷的瓦斯爆炸速度降低效果不明显。
In order to investigate how the new micro cyst inhibits gas explosion,we designed and produced a gas explosion simula- tion system including the main and auxiliary facilities. Using the experimental system, we studied on the thermodynamics and characteristics of gas explosion under different concentra- tions of methane (methane concentration was 7%, 10% and 12%) with water mist and concentration of 1~ micro cyst mist, and the test gas explosion temperature, flame propagation speed and explosion pressure and other parameters were stud led. The experimental results show that adding a micro cyst mist agent can reduce the temperature and pressure of gas ex plosion in a relatively short period of time. The speed reduction rate of gas explosion under the methane concentration of 7 % is larger, but the methane concentration of 12% is not obvious.
