摘要
通过综合运用各种勘验手段对火灾现场的痕迹物证进行还原和分析,结合对相关当事人的调查询问,认定一起因使用烛火不慎导致亡人的火灾事故。
The thesis analyzed damage feature of the fire scene by all kinds of inspection means, combined with evidences provided by witnesses,and idatified a fatality fire caused by lighting can- die carelessly.
