中国现代医疗消费主义的伦理反思

Ethical Reflection on Medical Consumerism in Modern China

医疗消费主义是一种将医疗服务本身当做目的,并对其实行不正当消费的价值观。在这种价值观的支配下,社会的政策只考虑医疗技术本身的发展及其所带来的效益,而不考虑社会整体的公平与公正;医方将医疗当做营利的手段,从而产生过度医疗、欺骗性医疗等行为;患者把医疗服务等同于健康,从而产生重治疗轻预防、过分地依赖医疗来维持健康等错误观念。消除当代中国医疗消费主义倾向,应保证社会医疗制度的公平、合理,满足不同层次的消费需求,遵循诚信、真实、尊重和自主等伦理原则来推广医疗技术,引导民众树立理性的医疗消费观念,并通过现代传媒技术加强国民的健康教育。

Medical consumerism is of a false value which takes medical behaviors as objective itself and consumes it falsely, which mainly manifest in excessively medical consumer behaviors and alienation medical behaviors as well as some false medical psychology of excessively depending on medical technologies to keep healthy. Medical consumerism does harm to the society and the individuals in different extents. The beneficial ways to eliminate medical consumerism are to set up reasonable medical system, to popularize the medical tech- nologies truly and effectively, to reinforce the people＇s health education and guiding them to establish rational medical consumer ideas.
