创新型企业战略转型期重大风险动态分析——相互作用关系与变化规律

Dynamic Analysis on Significant Risk of Innovative Enterprise during the Strategic Transformation Period——Mutual Interaction and Variation Regulation

持续创新对创新型企业的发展十分重要,但持续创新过程充满风险,尤其是在企业的战略转型期。本文构建了创新型企业持续创新过程的动态阶段模型,将企业持续创新过程划分为起步阶段、规模化发展阶段和国际化发展三个阶段,把创新型企业实施持续创新过程理解为连续不断创新战略的成功实施,将每个战略阶段划分为战略转型期和战略稳定实施期;将创新型企业战略转型期的重大风险归纳为创新战略风险、经营者人因风险和重大创新项目风险三大类。通过划分不同的战略管理阶段,按照战略管理过程分阶段对创新型企业战略转型期重大风险进行动态分析,在此基础上归纳出创新型企业战略转型期的三类重大风险,即创新战略风险、经营者人因风险和重大创新项目风险的动态变化倒S曲线,并以云铜集团为例进行了验证。

Based on the construction of innovative enterprise＇ s sustainable innovation process model, this paper views the ESI process of innovative enterprises as continuous successful implementations of innovation strategies and divides each strategic stage into strategic transformation period （ 1 - 3 years） and strategic stability implementation period （3 - 5 years）, and then analyzes the factors and the mutual interaction of significant risk during the strategic process of innovative enterprise. By dividing the stages of strategic management into strategic analysis phase, strategic selection phase and strategic implementation phase, the paper makes a dynamic analy- sis on the significant risk of innovative enterprise, and reveals the dynamic variation regulation of the three sig- nificant risks during the strategic transformation period.
