“回归本体”:对“以人为本”农村教育价值取向内涵的审视

摘要 "以人为本"是农村教育价值取向所归,其内涵在于以人的发展为宗旨,实现农村社会全面和谐发展,具体可通过教育目的、内容和形式三个层面加以把握。其中:"位育"的农村教育目的重视农村社会成员精神生命的发展,保证农村社会发展的基础性、持续性的主体动力作用;"全纳"的农村教育内容注重社会成员的综合素质,又兼顾其文化个性和"实用"性能力的培养;"互补"的农村教育形式则确保农村"三教"发展的共谐,以使农村社会发展有"立体式"的教育支撑。 Human- orientation is the ultimate value with the purpose of realizing the harmonious development of the rural education. It aims at human development of rural community which can be achieved through the three educational dimensions: purpose, content and form, which is respectively referred to as "Role Education," "Comprehensive Education" and "Comprehensive Education" in this paper. As the purpose of education, "Role Education" attaches importance to the spiritual development of rural community, which ensures the subject dy- namic drive for the basic and sustainable development of the rural society; Considered as the content of education, "Comprehensive Education" lays emphasis on the education of the comprehensive quality of social members, and at the same time pay attention to the cultivation of its cultural individualities and practical abilities. Known as the typical form of education, "Comprehensive Education" can help ensure the harmonious development of the so - called rural "Three Types of Educations" (the basic rural education, vocational education, and adult education), hence forming a muhi -dimensionally educational supports for the rural communityg development.
