摘要 糖尿病心脑血管、外周血管病变是糖尿病患者致死致残的主要原因,而动脉钙化是糖尿病血管病变的病理生理基础之一。该文就近年来骨相关蛋白与糖尿病动脉钙化关系的有关研究进行综述。 Diabetic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, peripheral vascular disease are the major causes of death and disability in patients with diabetes. Artery calcification is one of the basic pathophysiology of dia- betic angiopathy. This review presented recent research advances in relationship between bone-related protein and ar- tery calcification in diabetes.
