床位包干制在糖尿病患者健康教育中的效果评价

摘要 目的:探讨床位包干法在糖尿病患者健康教育中的效果.方法:根据护士个人能力每人分管3~6张病床,对糖尿病患者进行及时跟进教育和教育后的效果评价.采用“住院患者糖尿病教育效果评价表”比较实施床位包干教育前后6个月(2012年1~6月和2012年7~12月)患者的健康教育效果,并对病区健康教育质量检查评分进行比较.结果:床位包干教育前后住院患者糖尿病教育效果、病区健康教育质量检查评分比较均具有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论:床位包干教育有利于提高住院患者糖尿病教育效果,促进病区健康教育质量持续改进,提高健康教育覆盖率,使全科护士的教育能力及沟通水平得到锻炼,值得在住院糖尿病患者教育中推广应用. Objective:To investigate the effects of the fixed distributive bed management method in the education of diabetic patients and.Methods:According to the nurses'ability,distribute 3 to 6 beds to them separately.Each nurse should follow up the process and the results of the education of diabetic patients.Compared the health education effect before and after six months(From January to June in 2012 and July to December in 2012)with" education effect rating form of diabetic inpatients".Six months'education of diabetic inpatients and compared the quality inspection area health education evaluation.Results:Before and after the hospital sickbed capitation education effect,diabetes education for patients with quality inspection area health education scores were statistically difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bed responsibility education is helpful to improve the effect of diabetes education in hospitalized patients,to promote continuous improvement in the quality of health education,improve the coverage rate of health education,make education and communication level the nurses get exercise,is worthy to be popularized in hospitalized patients with diabetes education.
