摘要
随着国家节能减排政策的深入人心,利用自动化控制技术实现设备低消耗、低排放成为研究方向。对莱钢制氧机组压缩机自动化控制系统的设计组态及技术特点进行阐述。控制系统利用多变折线函数喘振控制模型、全流程控制入口加载等先进控制技术以及基因优化算法等先进的计算机网络技术,实现了空分运行负荷自调节,节能防喘振,在保证设备安全性能的基础上,大大降低排放率和停机率。
With the national energy saving policy, enjoys popular support, use of automation and control technology equipment, low consumption, low emission into research. In this paper, Laiwu Steel oxygen compressor unit automatic control system for configuration and technical features. Control system using variable fianctions surge control line model, the whole loading process control, advanced control technology import and genetic algorithm, hardware failure remote positioning advanced computer network technology to achieve self-adjusting air separation operation load, the compressor diagnostic line repair, in ensuring the safety performance of devices based on emission rate and downtime greatly reduced rate.
