麻杏甘石汤加味治疗小儿哮喘的临床观察

Clinical effect of Jiawei Maxingshigan decoction treatment for pediatric asthma

目的探讨麻杏石甘汤加味配合西药治疗儿童热性哮喘的临床疗效。方法将150例临床确诊的哮喘急性发作期的儿童随机分为3组,西医组给予常规的改善通气,解痉平喘,抗炎等治疗;中医组,中医辨证后采用麻杏石甘汤加味内服;联合治疗组,在西医治疗基础上,联合中医辨证治疗,麻杏石甘汤加味治疗。观察3组治疗效果。结果中西医联合治疗组总有效率为96%,中医治疗组总有效率为86%,西医治疗组总有效率为84%,中西医联合治疗组总有效率优于单纯中医治疗组及单纯西医治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麻杏石甘汤加味治疗小儿哮喘,疗效显著,与西医联合治疗可大大提高疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jiawei Maxingshigan decoction （JMD） combined with western medicine in treatment for heat type pediatric asthma .Methods 150 cases of pediatric acute asthma were ran-domly divided into group 1（G1） ,group（G2） ,and group 3（G3） ,receiving JMD treatment ,routine western medicine treatment and combined treatment ,respectively .Clinical efficacy of the three groups were analyzed .Results The to-tal effective rate of G3 was 96% ,significantly higher than the 86% and 84% of G1 and G2 respectively（P〈0 .05） . Conclusion JMD treatment for pediatric asthma might be with remarkable effect ,and combined therapy of JMD and western medicine could significantly enhance therapeutic effect .
