摘要
目的探讨核酸扩增技术在献血者血液筛查中的应用价值。方法采用HBV/HCV/HIV核酸检测试剂对血站常规ELISA筛查阴性的献血者标本进行HBV DNA、HCV RNA和HIV-1RNA 3个项目的8人份汇集检测,阳性汇集池再拆分检测。结果 33 714份ELISA筛查阴性标本中,检出HBV DNA阳性标本5例,阳性检出率为0.015%,未检出HCV RNA阳性标本和HIV-1RNA阳性标本。结论核酸扩增技术应用于无偿献血者血液筛查,有助于提高献血者的血液质量,保证输血安全。
Objective To evaluate the practical application of the nucleic acid amplification techniques(NAT)to the screening of donated blood.Methods Negative samples by ELISA test were detected with HBV/HCV/HIV NAT reagent.Pools of 8samples were used for NAT testing and those samples in initial positive reactive pools were further detected.Results Out of 33 714ELISA negative samples,5HBV DNA positive and the positive rate was 0.015%;neither HCV RNA nor HIV-1RNA positive samples was detected.Conclusion It is necessary to apply NAT to blood screening for blood safety.
