循环酶法测定高血压、冠心病和脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平的临床研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨循环酶法检测血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)在高血压、冠心病、脑梗死患者中的临床意义。方法首先收集我院确诊的各50例高血压患者、冠心病患者、脑梗死患者及50名健康体检者的血清标本。采用循环酶法在贝克曼全自动生化仪AU5800上测定血清Hcy浓度。结果高血压、冠心病、脑梗死3组患者血清Hcy水平分别为(18.55±11.54)μmol/L、(24.37±10.49)μmol/L、(17.10±8.46)μmol/L均明显高于正常对照组Hcy水平[(9.52±2.24)μmol/L](P<0.01);冠心病组比脑梗死组患者血清Hcy明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循环酶法检测血清同型半胱氨酸对高血压、冠心病、脑梗死患者的诊断、治疗、疗效观察具有重要意义。 Objective To investigate clinical significance of serum Hcy levels detection by enzymatic cycling assay in the patients with hypertension,coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction.Methods Firstly,the serum specimens of each 50cases of definite patients with hypertension,coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction and healthy in our hospital were collected.Serum Hcy concentration had been measured by enzymatic cycling assay at Backman AU5800automatic biochemistry analyzer.Results The levels of serum Hcy in hypertension,coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in normal controls(P&lt;0.01).Among three group cases,serum Hcy levels were higher in coronary heart disease group compared with those in cerebral infarction group,and the difference was statistically significant(P&lt;0.05).Conclusion Serum Hcy levels detection by enzymatic cycling assay had been significant for diagnosis,treatment and observation of therapeutic effect in patients with hypertension,coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction.
