摘要
微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一种起转录后负调控的分子,参与生命过程中一系列重要进程,包括发育进程、造血过程、器官形成、凋亡、细胞增殖和肿瘤的发生。作为一组新的潜在的疾病诊断和治疗的靶分子,已成为了生物医学研究的前沿热点。生物信息学预测显示,在哺乳动物中,miRNA虽然占不到2%蛋白编码基因,却可以调控1/3的mRNAs。miRNA可以调控人类60%的蛋白编码基因,表明其功能强大[1]。
