摘要
为提高道路运输企业驾驶员的整体素质,加强企业对驾驶员的安全管理,通过对驾驶员生理、心理特征的分析,建立了道路运输企业在驾驶员的入职前的遴选评价指标体系。通过主观赋值G1法,提出综合评价方法,完善企业对驾驶员的遴选制度。
In order to improve the overall quality of the drivers in highway transport enterprises and strengthen enterprise management in drivers, after analysing drivers'physiological and psychological characteristics, the selec- tion evaluation system in highway transport enterprises is established before drivers coming into their profession through the subjective assignment G1 method, the comprehensive evaluation method is put forward to improve the system of enterprise for selection of drivers.
